Video Consent Policy

As a registered participant^*, I authorize Living Truth Within Overseers and Successors, A Corporation Sole (hereinafter referred to as "Living Truth Within") the right and permission to copyright, publish, reproduce or otherwise use my voice and likeness in audio-visual recordings or in conjunction with other media in any medium.

I hereby grant Living Truth Within all ownership rights and irrevocable right and permission to use, copyright, publish, and/or distribute the recorded video, photo, interview, and/or audio. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor are there any geographic limitations on where these materials may be distributed.

I take full responsibility for my involvement in this event, workshop, teleconference or gathering and the risks that it may entail (be they legal, physical, or mental) and release Living Truth Within from any claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever in connection with the foregoing.

I understand that if I do not want my voice or likeness to appear on audio-visual recordings that I will not enable my microphone and my video camera while I am connected to a conference call or a video meeting. I understand that if I choose to attend an in-person event that my voice and my likeness may be recorded.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may cancel my registration before participating in any Living Truth Within sponsored event, workshop, teleconference or gathering by providing Living Truth Within written notice three (3) days prior to participating.

By registering, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above consent and release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against Living Truth Within, its overseers, successors, and third-party organizations utilizing this material for any lawful purpose whatsoever.

^*I hereby certify that I am over eighteen years of age and am competent to contract in my own name insofar as the above is concerned. If I am under eighteen years of age, my parents or legal guardians have read this document and have given their consent.
